Effective October 1, 2019, Hardin Sanitation will be serving the residents and commercial customers in the unincorporated Ada County, Idaho.

Hardin Sanitation office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Q: Who do I contact for billing questions?

A: Ada County Billing Services handles billing and account maintenance.  Weekly residential trash removal and bi-weekly recycling collection is advance billed every three months.  For questions visit Ada County Billing Services website or call 208-577-4710.

Q: What if I have extra trash, bulky items or need a special pickup?

A: Please contact our office to schedule for extra trash, bulk items, or special pickup. Additional fees may apply.

Q: What is considered Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) and where can I learn more about it?

A: Visit the Idaho Dept of Environmental Quality website regarding Household Hazardous Waste.

Q: Where can I learn more about Electronic Waste or e-waste?

Q: What debris is considered construction waste?

A: Woods, vegetation, wall & floor coverings, plaster, metal scraps, furniture, wiring, etc

Q: What size roll-off can I have for my roofing job?

A: 20 yard roll-offs are provided for asphalt roofing as well as concrete & dirt jobs.

Q: Can I set the roll-off in the street in front of my house?

A: Many of our service areas require permits; please inquire by phone for your area.
